Export & Government Compliance
IPT has over 20 years of experience in supplying critical military equipment to government organizations worldwide. We have a very thorough export compliance system, which ensures materials and technical data are always controlled and shipped in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms regulations, the Arms Export Control Act and all US Government requirements.
We have a detailed record keeping and tracking system, regularly conduct internal and external audits of our system and provide export training to all of our employees.

Our export compliance system includes:
- Control of all licensable materials and technical data
- Customer and vendor screening
- Export licensing with US State and Commerce Departments
- AES filing
- Shipping documentation preparation
IPT obtains the necessary export licenses for all international shipments and works closely with each country's Freight Forwarder to ensure each shipment is handled properly. For approved FMS shipments, the FMS ITAR exemption (126.6(c)) is used by the countries approved Freight Forwarder.
