Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) is a leading aerospace and military distributor and worldwide supplier of OEM parts and equipment. We specialize in aftermarket and new business solutions for our customers and OEM partners. We are experts in simplifying and expanding the global marketplace.

Established in 1982, IPT is headquartered in Goleta, California – where you will find our International (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and OEM Partner Services (OPS) business units. Our US Government (USG) office is strategically located in Dayton, Ohio near Wright Patterson AFB and many defense contractors. To complement the two office locations in the United States, IPT has numerous sales offices and representatives throughout the world. Each team is staffed with experienced procurement managers committed to providing unsurpassed customer service.

Integrated Procurement Technologies is a privately-held, employee-owned, small business and in 2018, IPT adopted the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Ken Krutenat

President


Ken graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in International Business. He has been part of IPT for over 25 years, and now as President oversees all stages of its phenomenal growth. His current role is to communicate and perpetuate IPT’s core principals, which provide oversight, vision, and structure to all aspects of IPT. Ken excels at providing each of IPT’s staff with unique opportunities for success and an unmatched professional experience that he himself has witnessed through his commitment to IPT. He seeks to constantly learn from IPT’s success, and even its shortcomings, to propel IPT forward to provide our customers and partners with incomparable results and uncompromised service.


Carl Parker

Sr. Vice President


With a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, Carl joined IPT over 15 years ago and has directed both the International sales division and IPT’s business development team. Now, as Senior Vice President, Carl is responsible for establishing the strategic objectives and direction of the sales, operations, and business development teams. He protects IPT’s principles and culture which has brought IPT to the forefront in the industry. He aims to make IPT the best that it can be for its employees, customer, and OEM partners. Carl has been an integral part of developing IPT’s passion and success in the aerospace and defense industry.




Debbie Martinez

Chief Financial Officer


Debbie joined IPT in 2016, after 23 years at Santa Barbara Design Studio where she held the position of CFO. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As Chief Financial Officer, Debbie is responsible for managing IPT's finances, including its financial planning, management of its financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. With her experience, discipline, and understanding of the financial markets, Debbie excels at looking for opportunities to improve IPT’s bottom line and adding profits through financial planning, and restructuring and redesigning processes and structure for efficiency and cost savings. Along with her role as CFO, Debbie also directs and manages all aspects of IPT’s Human Resources department and its functions.


Greg Wenclewicz

Vice President, USG Operations


Greg graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. As Vice President of Operations at IPT’s USG division, located in Dayton, Ohio, Greg uses his experience of over 30 years in the USG and FMS markets to oversee and manage all strategic development of the USG division, including all military sales, support operations, OEM partnerships, and ensuring the ultimate customer experience. Since establishing IPT’s USG division in 2001, Greg continues to build solid team leadership through empowerment and accountability and is passionate about enhancing customer relations on a foundation of trust while also maintaining a reputation for exceptional performance.


Gareth Richard

Sr. Director, Sales


With a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, Gareth started his journey with IPT 13 years ago and is responsible for the exponential growth of the International Division. Now, as the Senior Director of Sales, Gareth is responsible for operations and revenue growth of the International (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and OEM Partner Services (OPS) divisions. Gareth is passionate about developing his team’s individual strengths and developing IPT’s future leaders. His drive and encouragement has created a unique team culture that strives to not only serve and support both customers and OEM partners, but to exceed their expectations and requirements through personalized customer service.

Chris Braden

Associate Director, Sales | INTL


Chris studied Finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder and shortly upon graduating he pursued a career as a professional triathlete. During those years, Chris learned to thrive in very intense environments and knows what it takes to compete against the best. In his role as Associate Director of Sales, Chris is responsible for managing the International Sales division and works with IPT’s OEM partners to grow and expand their presence worldwide. In addition, Chris is tasked to continue expanding IPT’s diverse and ever growing OEM partner portfolio. Nothing gets him more excited than seeing IPT win on behalf of our partners while providing an easy and smooth contractual process in an industry where it’s generally quite the opposite. He brings with him to IPT a high level of energy and enthusiasm that transcends up to our valued partners.


Kevin Frederick Lewis

Vice President, Operations


Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University with a concentration in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. In his leadership role as Vice President of Operations, Kevin works across all divisions of IPT aligning and executing operational plans, setting measurable objectives focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and driving optimal business results. Over the past 18 years, Kevin has served the company in a variety of customer-facing, strategic and operational roles. Prior to joining IPT, Kevin served in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry and was awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge for his participation in active ground combat during Operation Just Cause.

Judy Schulte

Director, Quality Assurance


Judy is in charge of compliance for Quality, Aerospace, Military and International Standards. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University at Chico. Judy was recruited by GM Defense as a GM Scholar prior to graduation, where she worked on the guidance system for the space shuttle. General Dynamics recruited her to lead a technical team for the proposal of the Striker Contract of $5B, where she became the Program Director for Asia Pacific, securing a contract for Australia of $257M and for New Zealand of $114M. Judy was semi-retired when she arrived at IPT, but the momentum of the company and the energy and talent of the people at IPT compelled her to secure a full-time position as the Director of Quality to seek excellence in product delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction.


Mina Patel

Director, Export & Logistics


With a Bachelor of Science focused in Finance from California State University-Hayward, Mina joined IPT in 2011 as part of the Accounting Department. Throughout her career at IPT, she has displayed skills in budgeting, sales, accounting, team building, and management. As Director of Export & Logistics, Mina ensures that IPT obtains the necessary export licenses for all international shipments and works closely with each country’s freight forwarder to ensure each shipment is handled properly. Mina works with the shipping staff to analyze operations and make necessary improvements while establishing mutual goals and strategic plans that will help drive growth for IPT’s exporting capabilities. With a passion for procedure and reliability, Mina has all of IPT’s exports safely in her hands.

Alison Kennedy

Director, Technology


With a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State Institute, Alison worked primarily with marketing technology that blossomed into a passion for all things Information Technology. She joined IPT in 2020 ready to use her passion and enthusiasm for the IT world to help IPT grow. As the Director of Technology she oversees and manages all of IPT’s IT operations, as well as the technology stack and the contracts that support it. She strives to improve IPT’s internal processes and the OEM experience by leading efforts to improve business applications and business technology through data collection and analysis, embracing new technology as it arises, and crafting an IT strategy that best suits IPT’s specific needs. Alison came to IPT ready to bring growth and excitement to the technological side of business.


Adrienne Brown

Sr. Director, Business Development & Programs


With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Auburn University, Adrienne joined IPT in 2009 as part of the Direct Commercial Sales team. As Senior Director of Business Development & Programs, Adrienne is responsible for all aspects of IPT’s international Business Development, both on the customer and the partner side, as well as IPT’s programs, campaigns, and other strategic initiatives. Adrienne’s main initiative is to enhance its partnerships by providing unparalleled value and an ease of doing business for both customers and OEM partners. She values approaching business relationships in a genuine, direct, and transparent manner, focusing on the people. She excels in finding creative solutions to business problems that drive growth and profitability for our partners.



Ricardo Flores

Director, Business Development | Americas & South Asia






























Tay Kay Lai

Director, Business Development | Asia/Pac


Tay has been in the aviation industry for more than 40 years. Besides having a business degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) Australia, he also received training in aviation maintenance and holds a FAA Airframe & Powerplant rating. As the Director of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region, Tay has used his exceptional network in Asia Pacific to successfully manage regional offices for many US and UK companies to grow their aviation business (commercial and defense) in Asia since the year 2000. With the core values of integrity, honesty, and customer service excellence, Tay’s customers know that they can trust and rely on him for the support they need.






Monica Semperlotti

Director, Business Development | EMEA


Monica joined IPT in 2016 as the Director of Business Development for the EMEA region, based out of the UK. Monica holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Rome, Italy and has developed her career in the Aerospace industry over the past 20 years, achieving roles of increasing responsibilities within world leading aerospace corporations. Monica manages a diverse team of international business development professionals as well as a network of agents and representatives located in strategic territories within the region. She is responsible for IPT’s growth in EMEA, including business development campaigns and customer service activities. She holds dual nationality as Italian and British, and speaks Italian, English, and German.
