Quality
Integrated Procurement Technologies is recognized for consistently exceeding our customer’s requirements for delivering the highest quality products and services. As an AS and ISO-certified company, we are committed to the highest quality standards in the industry. Our quality management system is certified to the internationally recognized AS9120, AS9110, and ISO 9001 and is audited each year by an accredited third-party agency.
Through our steadfast commitment to consistently meeting and operating to the highest quality standards, IPT has gained the recognition of premier aerospace manufacturers and system integrators as a trusted distribution partner for their OEM parts and services. Companies such as Boeing, Lockheed, Northrop Grumman, Sikorsky and others entrust IPT to represent and manage their OEM products, thereby relieving our partners of the tedious process that must be followed to satisfy their military customer requirements around the world.
IPT’s Quality Management System ensures that each shipment is inspected, documented, packaged and shipped in accordance with all contractual and regulatory requirements including routine product inspections conducted by the US Government Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) for US government and foreign government shipments.
Integrated Procurement Technologies navigates the complexities of the US Government procurement process and meets all mandatory procurement standards and requirements. To ensure that IPT’s operations consistently align with the stringent requirements established by the US Government, we have invested over $4 Million in systems and support infrastructure and established annual compliance maintenance expenses of $1M.

Export
Export
IPT has an industry leading export compliance system, which ensures materials and technical data are always controlled and shipped in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Arms Export Control Act, and all US government requirements.
We have a detailed record keeping and tracking system, regularly conduct internal and external audits of our system, and provide ongoing export training to all of our employees.
Our export compliance process includes:
- Control of all licensable materials and technical data
- Customer and vendor screening
- Export licensing with US State and Commerce Departments
- Automated Export System (AES) filing
- Shipping documentation preparation
IPT obtains the necessary export licenses for all international shipments and works closely with each country’s freight forwarder to ensure each shipment is handled properly. For approved FMS shipments, the FMS ITAR exemption (126.6(c)) is used by the country’s approved freight forwarder.
Export compliance is of paramount importance at IPT. We encourage you to ask us questions regarding our export compliance system or any transaction you may be involved with.
