Ken Krutenat – President
Ken has been with Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) for over 30 years, growing alongside the company and helping shape it into what it is today. He began his career at IPT as a project manager, later serving as Director of Operations for 15 years, then Vice President, and now President.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Messiah University. In his role, Ken oversees every stage of IPT’s operations, but his leadership goes far beyond process and performance. He’s deeply committed to the core values that define IPT—humility, service, passion, and purpose—and sees it as his responsibility to carry those values forward into future generations of IPT. His focus is on building a company culture rooted in meaning and mission, where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to do great work.
Ken’s passion lies in creating opportunities—for both personal and professional growth—that reflect the kind of experience he’s had at IPT over the decades: challenging, rewarding, and grounded in purpose.
Carl Parker – Senior Vice President
With a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, Carl joined IPT over 20 years ago and has directed both the International sales division and IPT’s Business Development team. Now, as Senior Vice President, Carl is responsible for establishing the strategic objectives and direction of the sales, operations, and business development teams.
Carl protects IPT’s principles and culture which has brought IPT to the forefront in the industry. He aims to make IPT the best that it can be for its employees, customers, and OEM partners. Carl has been an integral part of developing IPT’s passion and success in the aerospace and defense industry.
Debbie Martinez – Chief Financial Officer
Debbie joined IPT in 2016, after 23 years at Santa Barbara Design Studio where she held the position of CFO. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As Chief Financial Officer, Debbie is responsible for managing IPT’s finances, including its financial planning, management of its financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. With her experience, discipline, and understanding of the financial markets, Debbie excels at looking for opportunities to improve IPT’s bottom line and adding profits through financial planning, and restructuring and redesigning processes and structure for efficiency and cost savings. Along with her role as CFO, Debbie also directs and manages all aspects of IPT’s Human Resources department and its functions.
Kevin Frederick Lewis – Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University with a concentration in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. In his leadership role as Vice President of Strategy | Execution | Business Development, Kevin works across all divisions of IPT aligning and executing operational plans, setting measurable objectives focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and driving the company’s profitability, performance, and transformation initiatives. For more than two decades Kevin has served the company in a variety of customer-facing, strategic, and operational roles. Prior to joining IPT, Kevin served in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry and was awarded the Combat Infantryman’s Badge for his participation in active ground combat during Operation Just Cause.
Gareth Richard – Senior Director of Sales
Gareth Richard has been with IPT for over 18 years, playing a vital role in shaping the company’s international presence and long-term success. As Senior Director of Sales, he leads operations and drives revenue across multiple divisions, including Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), U.S. Government (USG) programs, and OEM Partner Services (OPS).
He is known for his steady leadership, deep understanding of global defense markets, and commitment to building strong customer and partner relationships. He plays a central role in driving strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and helping position IPT for long-term success in a competitive and fast-moving market.
Gareth is also passionate about developing people. He invests time in mentoring his team and creating a culture where individuals feel supported, valued, and challenged to grow—one that reflects IPT’s values of service, trust, and excellence.
Derek Pacheco – Director of Sales, International Direct Commercial Sales
Derek is a seasoned sales and operations executive with a strong record of driving revenue growth across diverse industries. As International Director of Sales, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s presence in the global Aerospace and Defense market. He leads strategic partnerships and delivers tailored procurement solutions across international regions, supporting sustainable, long-term growth.
Derek earned his MBA from Fresno Pacific University. His career is guided by a commitment to strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership. He is dedicated to building trusted relationships—both internally and externally—and consistently delivers measurable results with integrity and professionalism.
Tyler Morgan – Director of Sales, OEM Partner Services
As Division Director of OEM Partner Services, Tyler leads a high-performing team focused on streamlining supply chain operations and delivering outstanding support to IPT’s OEM partners. His division bridges the gap between prime contractors, integrators, and OEMs—bringing clarity and consistency to complex programs.
Tyler brings a thoughtful, solutions-driven mindset to his work, shaped by a background in engineering and physics. He’s known for his ability to balance speed with precision, helping his team move quickly while staying grounded in process and purpose. With years of experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams, Tyler is passionate about fostering collaboration, building trust, and delivering results that last.
He holds both a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a BS in Physics from Westmont College.
Max Tyler – Director of Sales, U.S. Government
As Director of U.S. Government sales at Integrated Procurement Technologies, Max leads efforts to support the U.S. government with military spares, repair management, and tailored supply chain solutions. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Max has spent his career building and leading high-performing sales teams, combining sharp execution with a drive to grow.
Max brings a daily commitment to winning — not just in numbers, but in developing the people around him. He thrives on elevating the strengths of his team and creating a culture where accountability, energy, and results go hand in hand.
Outside the office, Max enjoys backpacking, fishing, working in the yard, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
Brian Larson – Director of Sales, Foreign Military Sales
As Director of Sales for FMS, Brian co-leads a high-performing team that supports OEM partners across supply and demand initiatives tied to ongoing U.S. military contracts for U.S.-allied foreign end users. Under his leadership, IPT has experienced significant growth in its support of FMS customers and contracts, with continued expansion on the horizon.
In his role, Brian works closely with senior-level OEM partners while remaining deeply committed to hiring, mentoring, and developing his team. He measures success by the collective wins of those around him and is energized by solving complex challenges and overcoming obstacles.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also personally connected to military service, with family members who have served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active, volunteering in his community, and spending quality time with his wife and two teenage children.
Christian Sorenson – Director of Sales, Foreign Military Sales
Christian is an experienced Sales Director and subject matter expert in Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Over his 13-year tenure at IPT, Christian has grown organically from a summer intern to his current leadership role, supporting a wide range of FMS contract vehicles along the way. For the past five years, he has led IPT’s FMS team, driving growth and developing innovative strategies to support foreign allies and domestic OEM partners through both new and existing FMS contracts.
Christian is passionate about delivering exceptional support to all stakeholders in the FMS process and mentoring the next generation of IPT employees. He holds a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College.
Outside the office, Christian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, engaging in community service, traveling, hiking, studying Italian, and participating in competitive sports.
Alison Kennedy – Director of Technology & OEM Partner Experience
With a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University and a background in technology and marketing, she joined IPT in 2020 ready to use her passion and enthusiasm to help IPT grow. As the Director of Technology and Partner Experience she oversees and manages IPT’s IT, Marketing and Partner Experience divisions.
She strives to improve IPT’s internal processes and the OEM experience by leading efforts to improve business applications and technology through data analysis, embracing new technology, and crafting marketing strategies that best suit IPT’s specific needs.
Maegen Walters – Director of Quality
Maegen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westfield State College (Westfield, MA) and joined IPT in September 2023. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Maegen’s most recent role was at Target, where she led teams of up to 350 individuals, including 10 direct leaders. Her extensive background in retail management has equipped her with valuable skills as she transitions into the new industry, where she is deeply committed to driving excellence and making a meaningful impact.
As the Director of Quality at IPT, Maegen leads a passionate and dedicated team focused on conformity, compliance, and continuous improvement. At IPT, we take pride in fostering a culture of growth, learning, and adaptability, and Maegen finds both purpose and inspiration in this environment, embracing her responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm.
Mina Patel – Director of Export and Logistics
Mina holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Hayward. She began her career at IPT in 2011 in the Accounting Department and has since built a strong track record across budgeting, sales, accounting, team leadership, and operational management.
In her current role as Director of Export & Logistics, Mina oversees the end-to-end export process, ensuring all shipments comply with licensing requirements and move efficiently through the warehouse. She works with her warehouse team to streamline operations, implement strategic improvements, and align goals that support IPT’s growth and global reach.
Known for her dedication to compliance, process integrity, and reliability, Mina plays a critical role in ensuring IPT’s global shipments are handled with precision and care.
Alexa Corbin – Manager, Global Business Development
Global Business Development Manager, Alexa brings a global perspective to IPT shaped by firsthand international experience from spending her childhood and much of her early career overseas, across the Americas and the Far East. With a strong background in international strategy and cross-regional collaboration, she is a key member of the International Business Development team, contributing the expertise needed to drive global alignment and accelerate IPT’s impact. She fosters a collaborative team environment by leveraging creativity and individuality to strengthen partnerships and advance initiatives through cultural awareness and thoughtful problem-solving.
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Pepperdine University, along with a Certificate in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Ngee Sing Loh- Director, Business Development Asia-Pacific
Ngee Sing is the Business Development Director for Asia / Pacific region, responsible for all businesses, including identifying new opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. He joined IPT in January of 2025.
He has over 25 years of experience within the Aerospace sector covering many roles. Prior to joining IPT, Ngee Sing was employed with Moog, UTC Aerospace Systems (now Collins Aerospace), Honeywell and ST Engineering Aerospace. He began his aerospace career as an Air Force Engineer with the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 2000. He was certified Project Management Professional since Aug 2011.
Ngee Sing is married to Jan Nee. They have two children: daughter, Yi Xuan and son, Qi An. In his free time, he likes to jog and golf.

David Cheng – Sr. Manager, Business Development Asia-Pacific
David Cheng is the senior Business Development Manager for the APAC region, responsible for strategic opportunity development, and UAV partnership initiatives. He joined IPT in July 2025. David is a retired Colonel of ROCAF with over 30 years of experience in aviation maintenance, logistics management, and defense programs. His multi-platform experience includes the F-16, C-130, P-3, E-2, and UH-60, among others.
Prior to joining IPT, he served as an Aerospace Advisor at AIDC and as a Program Manager for NCSIST, where he was responsible for the Advanced Jet Trainer QA program. David is a graduate of the War College, ROC and holds an M.A. in Leadership and Management from Webster University, USA.
Outside of work, he enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife and their three children. He values nature, a healthy lifestyle, and hiking.
Jun Kang Wong – Manager, Business Development Asia-Pacific
Jun Kang is the Business Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region, a role he has held since October 2025. He is responsible for driving regional growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities across Asia Pacific. Jun Kang brings over 13 years of experience in the aerospace sector, with a strong background spanning operations, logistics, and system management. Prior to joining IPT, he served as Head of Department at Strides Premier Automotive, where he managed vehicle workshop operations supporting the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
Earlier in his career, Jun Kang served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a C-130 System Manager and as a Logistics Officer for the F-15 and F-16 squadrons where he was responsible for aircraft support, sustainment planning, and operational readiness. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Second Class Honours, from Nanyang Technological University (2011).
Haider Lone – Sr. Manager, Business Development EMEA
Haider is the Senior Business Development Manager for the EMEA region, bringing over 10 years of experience across key account management and business development roles within the commercial aerospace sector. He has a strong track record of driving strategic business growth through customer-facing roles and long-term partnership development.
Throughout his career, Haider has built extensive industry expertise working with leading aerospace OEMs, including Safran, GKN, and Trelleborg. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and is a member of the prestigious Royal Aeronautical Society.
Outside of work, Haider is a dedicated family man. He has been married to his wife for 13 years and is the proud father of four children.
Marc van Sprang – Manager, Business Development EMEA
Marc is a Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. He focuses on developing strategic business relationships and facilitating commercial interactions between OEMs and European customers. Marc is passionate about the Aerospace and Defense industry and has a broad understanding of its markets. He has built his experience in international business development across industries including the Gases, Chemical, Semiconductor, and Steel. Previously Marc has worked for companies such as Linde Gases, Stanley Black & Decker and Arcelor Mittal, always within technical applications and in Aerospace and Defense related divisions.
Marc has lived and worked across multiple European countries and speaks several languages. His strengths lay in understanding and adapting to local business contexts. This makes him well positioned to support the U.S. office overseas and effectively bridge the transatlantic gap. Marc holds a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Leuven.
Ayoup Jarrai – Manager, Business Development EMEA
Ayoup brings a strong international and multicultural background to his role at IPT. Of Moroccan heritage, he was born and raised in Italy, lived in the United Kingdom for eight years, and relocated to France 18 months ago. He holds Italian, Moroccan, and British citizenships, giving him a truly global perspective.
Ayoup earned a Bachelor of Arts (First Class) in International Business Management from the University of Chester in the United Kingdom. Fluent in Arabic, Italian, English, Spanish, and French, he is well positioned to manage diverse markets and build lasting cross-border relationships.
Since joining IPT in June 2020, Ayoup has focused on business development across key EMEA territories, including the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, with responsibility for Italy, France, Spain, Greece, and Türkiye.
Outside of work, Ayoup enjoys weightlifting, football (soccer), and snowboarding.
Carlos Diaz – Manager, Business Development Canada & Latin America
Carlos earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fresno State University. As the Business Development Manager for Canada and Latin America, he plays a key role in driving IPT’s strategic initiatives, expanding its international footprint, and managing critical partnerships across both government and commercial sectors. With over a decade at IPT, Carlos has primarily served on the international sales team, where he developed deep expertise in global defense programs and built strong relationships with foreign military end users and prime contractors.
While he is dedicated to driving revenue growth and operational excellence, Carlos considers supporting the warfighter his highest honor.
